Controller

Data we process
- Telegram ID and, if present, Telegram username – to deliver messages,
- tracking numbers added by the user and optional labels for shipments,
- shipment status data provided by the respective carrier,
- subscription data (term, payments inside the service).
Purpose
Solely to notify the user about status changes of their shipments.
Sharing
To obtain the shipment status, the tracking number is sent to the respective carrier (e.g. DHL, UPS) via its tracking API. No other disclosure to third parties takes place, and data is not used for advertising.
Retention and rights
Users can delete shipments in the bot at any time. Data is deleted when no longer needed for the purpose, or on request. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. Contact: [email protected].
